Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Representative
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming and outgoing calls regarding overdue loan
payments
Negotiate payment plans and assist customers in resolving overdue
accounts
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment
arrangements
Required Qualifications
1 or more years of collections experience
Experience in a call center setting is preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality
types
Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management
skills
