Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Engineer, Growth Data
Engineering to manage and optimize data pipelines for business
growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify data needs and build scalable data products and pipelines
for Growth, Sales, and Marketing teams
Design and develop data pipelines and models that support
data-driven decision-making
Integrate experimentation infrastructure for full-funnel
measurement and user experience personalization
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering
with a focus on data pipelines
Experience with distributed data frameworks (e.g., Spark,
Hadoop)
Proficiency in a scientific computing language (Scala or Python)
and SQL
Experience with full stack development languages (Java or Go) and
front-end frameworks (React)
Ability to derive requirements and architect shared datasets across
teams
