Microelectronics processes to ensure superior quality is delivered
to our customers, as well as to be a leader in Continuous
Improvement and Data Based Decision Making. Job Description:
Ensure process compliance to AS9100
requirementsEnsure processes are capable of preventing escapes to
our customer through use of control charts, Measurement Systems
Analysis and Statistical Process Controls and other meansDocuments
dispositions of non-conforming conditions identified at inspection
and develops Metrics for Key Process IndicatorsInteracts with
Engineering, Engineering Quality Assurance, Program Management, and
Manufacturing teams to ensure sustainment and improvement of
manufacturing processesLead Teams in Continuous improvement
activities in support of all areas of productionImprove ability of
all areas to make Data Based DecisionsRequired Education,
Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of
experience or 6 years of experience in lieu of degree.Ability to
acquire security clearance through The Department of DefenseAbility
to read and understand engineering drawingsAbility to communicate
with peers and skilled labor within the companyKnowledge of Quality
Management System Documentation as it relates to production
practicesPossess strong written and verbal skillsProficient in
Microsoft Office productsDemonstrable background in Root
Cause/Corrective Action and data analysisPreferred Education,
Experience, & Skills -- AS9100/ISO9000 background -- Highly prefer
a strong background in Six Sigma methodologies and/or statistical
analysis-- Knowledge and understanding of Microelectronics methods
and processes.-- A working knowledge of Oracle Pay
InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $68700 - $116800Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
