fronts. The Navigation & Sensors Solution business within BAE
Systems is looking for a Mechanical Engineer with a passion for
engineering and the desire to be part of an innovative, dedicated
team responsible for designing, developing, and testing of
industry-leading navigation products. The Navigation & Sensor
Solutions business is located at a newly constructed facility in
Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where you will become part of a Hardware
Engineering Team developing the latest Modernized M-Code GPS
Receivers and navigation products for defense programs. We are

limitless. The Role - In this role, you will:
- Design, test, analyze, integrate, qualify and document hardware
of moderate to high complexity for the GPS Hardware product lines.
- Ensure proper packaging of systems to obtain optimal thermal
and structural design
- Contribute to hardware engineering requirements capture and
analysis in area of domain expertise
- Support root-cause-analysis and technical investigations for
Navigation and Sensor Systems designs
- Participate in cross-functional team efforts in integration,
pre-qualification and qualification for products and sub-systems of
moderate to high complexity
- Provide mechanical engineering design support to manufacturing
staff and operators Who you are:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proficient in a 3D CAD solid modeling software package
(SolidWorks and/or UG NX preferred) Preferred Education,
Experience, & Skills
- Experience with FEA software package (ANSYS preferred)
- Experience with military aerospace testing standards
- Experience with plastics and potting materials
- Familiar with 3D printing equipment and processes Pay
InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $56200 - $95500Please note: This
range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual
salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not
limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and
internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as
