Job Description:
POSITION INFORMATION The Finance Manager will prepare company
financial statements and serve the general accounting and financial
analysis needs of the company. They will perform month-end
accounting duties for assigned areas. ESSENTIAL DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILITIES Creates, proofs, edits, and finalizes all company
financial statements while identifying and resolving problems.
Prepares variety of operating statistics for management review.
Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to
accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business
transactions. Performs advanced and specialized accounting
assignments, usually involving complex and confidential data.
Obtains and analyzes financial information to prepare reports,
statements, and recommendations. Uses standard spreadsheet and
database software or an accounting applications package designed
for general accounting. Establishes, modifies, documents, and
coordinates implementation of accounting and internal control
procedures. Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and
inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
Provides special project assistance to the VP of Finance. Monitors
compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and
company procedures. Manipulate and analyze past and present
financial data of the organization to produce business information
used to support decisions. Lead/assist monthly financial review
meetings with the Company divisions and functions as the primary
financial contact. Supervise, assist and mentor others in the
Accounting department. Fosters a team environment to facilitate
meeting of individual and team goals. Demonstrates, by their daily

effective, and reliable manner. Support Warren's culture by
aligning actions, behaviors, performance, and decisions in
accordance with the Company's values. Complete work
responsibilities outside of normal business hours as needed and
infrequent travel may be required. Perform other duties and
responsibilities as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in
accounting, and finance and 3-5 years of accounting/finance and
analysis experience. A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
along with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a related area
such as billing, collections, settlements, accounting/finance, etc.
Exceptional skills in utilizing automated accounting systems and
software to meet responsibilities proficiently. Excellent computer
skills for building and maintaining spreadsheets, analytical
models, and database systems. Strong interpersonal skills, ability
to work with others at all levels of the organization. Must be
detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational,
prioritization, analytical, and decision-making skills. Must be
self-motivated, able to multi-task, and work independently. Must be
a team player, amenable to a variety of work projects. Exceptional
analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply data.
Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Must be
proficient in responding to internal and external customer
situations, responding to customer needs as required. Must be able
to both think creatively and provide creative contributions to
projects. Must demonstrate a proactive commitment to Warren
corporate values and the success of all staff. Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required. Excellent
communication skills (written, listening and verbal). Willing and
able to travel occasionally, including overnight travel. WORKING
CONDITIONS This job operates in a professional office environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as
computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
The physical demands described here are representative of those
that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the
essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of
this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This
is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This
would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and
