Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Enablement Programs Manager to
lead the development of revenue onboarding and role-based
certification programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive enablement programs for revenue
teams
Build and deliver engaging e-learning courses and workshops to
enhance team performance
Establish key performance indicators to measure program
effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, or
related fields
3+ years of experience designing and executing enablement programs
for global audiences
1+ year of experience leading cross-functional working groups
Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields or equivalent
experience
Experience with learning technology tools such as Seismic and
Articulate Rise is preferred
