Job Description:
A company is looking for an AML/BSA Manager to enhance their
Compliance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the bank's AML/BSA program and ensure compliance with
regulatory standards
Supervise a team of 5-10 AML investigators, managing training and
performance
Conduct manual investigations and SAR writing, guiding the
transition to automated systems
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of AML/BSA investigation experience, including
manual investigations and SAR writing
At least 1 year of experience managing AML/BSA investigators
Extensive knowledge of AML/BSA regulations
Demonstrated leadership experience
