Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Delivery Manager to
drive client retention, satisfaction, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute various projects while supporting Client
Executives in their daily work
Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to
drive client outcomes
Organize events and support marketing efforts, including preparing
client reporting decks
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in supporting client executives
Experience in project management and coordination for both internal
and external teams
Familiarity with digital health and startup environments is
preferred
Ability to manage client data and reporting accurately
Experience in a high-growth company and understanding associated
challenges
