Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine people operations processes to ensure
operational excellence and compliance
Lead global talent acquisition efforts and enhance the onboarding
experience
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives while managing
employee relations and conflict resolution
Required Qualifications
3+ years of HR leadership experience in a high-growth, global SaaS
environment
Expertise in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee
engagement strategies
Deep understanding of global labor laws and compliance
requirements
Certified HR professional credentials such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR
Experience in designing total rewards programs for talent
attraction and retention
