Job Description:
A company is looking for a Real Estate Manager responsible for
overseeing real estate projects throughout the firm's
locations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of office projects, including
programming, budgeting, space planning, and construction
procurement
Assist in implementing the firm's real estate strategy and prepare
information for lease decisions
Create and maintain reports for tracking project budgets,
schedules, and space planning
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of relevant experience, with 5+ years in architecture,
engineering, interior design, or construction
Able to read and understand architectural and engineering
drawings
Intermediate Microsoft skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
simultaneously
