Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Engineering to lead its
engineering organization and drive technical strategy and
execution.
Key Responsibilities
Drive technical strategy, quarterly OKRs, and ensure high-velocity
project delivery across teams
Scale and evolve the engineering organization while fostering a
high-performance culture
Promote engineering best practices and ensure effective use of
modern technologies, including AI
Required Qualifications
10+ years of engineering leadership experience, managing large
teams (75+ engineers)
Proven experience in high-growth startup or scaleup
environments
Strong technical acumen with the ability to contribute to
architectural discussions
Experience managing both product and infrastructure engineering
teams
Expertise in modern web stacks; familiarity with Python, React,
AWS, and Kubernetes is a plus
