Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Region Manager -
Southeast.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Distributor network to enhance the visibility
and availability of Ice Cream products
Execute sales and marketing strategies, including trade promotions
and distribution management
Develop annual joint business plans with retailers and maintain
customer relationships for profitable growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
5+ years of relevant sales and distribution experience
Business development and account management experience required
Experience in identifying new business opportunities in consumer
products or unconventional channels
DSD experience highly preferred
