• BLS - Basic Life Support
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course
• EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement
• State License Verification
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
  • Job Details
  • Busy OR with 17 rooms - population includes Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics.
  • EPIC experience and BLS required.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in CVOR
  • Scrubs provided.
  • Skill Mix: Registered Nurses, Surgical Techs, PCT's, Scheduling Coordinators, and Materials Management
  • Core staffing and methods for determining and modifying staffing to meet patient or process needs.
  • Operating Room staff will demonstrate a variety of competencies and assessment practices.
    • Job Requirements
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in CVOR
    • EPIC experience
    • BLS required
      • Unit Specific Information
      • The Operating Room uses a staffing mix to provide care for the surgeon/patient-specific needs and qualification and competence of the nursing/technician staff available.
      • Description of assessment and reassessment practices, including timeframes.
        • Additional Details
        • Copy of Passport, driver's license or government-issued ID is required for each Resource on assignment.
        • Expired ID is not acceptable.
        • ID must be legible, and the picture must be clear.
        • Auto Insurance - Hospice positions only
