DATES NEEDED Cardiothoracic Surgery (CVT Surgery)

• N ovember start - ongoing
• 1-2 week s per month POSITION DETAILS Cardiothoracic Surgery (CVT Surgery)
  • Inpatient + clinic
  • Mix of rounding, call, and clinic
  • Office hours: Mon-Thurs: 8a-5p and Friday: 8a-4p
  • NP does morning rounds with the locum on weekdays. NP sees post-op patients in the office after rounds and helps with call from the hospital during office hours
  • Consults: average 3-5 per day; Inpatient rounds: 2-5 per day
  • Procedure volume: 10-20 per month
  • 100% Adult patients. Cardiac and Thoracic required. Vascular surgeries preferred but not required
  • EMR: Cerner
