MercyOne DubuqueRadiation Oncologist to provide FULL TIME coverage as soon as possible!Details:Schedule: 8 AM to 4:30 PM with 30 minutes for lunch - 8 hours per dayNo callSchedule Requirements: Facility is looking for FULL TIME coverage only. Provider must be available to work 4 week stretches at a time.Provider can take some time off in between 4 week stretches, but cannot take time off within the 4-week block.Number of Physicians in Practice: 1Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office) : 20-25 on treatment with weekly treatment visits, follow-ups and consultsAverage Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT (Call/Rounding) : 0-1Trauma Level 2Adult patientsEMR: AriaRequired procedures:Conventional Radiotherapy,3D Radiotherapy,External Beam Radiation - IMRT,External Beam Radiation - IGRT,External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT,Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT),Stereotactic Radiosurgery,Photon Beam Radiation Therapy,Fractionated Stereotactic RadiotherapyCredentialing timeframe: Facility can offer temp privs which is approx. 30-60 days Requirements: Board Certified - RequiredActive IA license or IMLC - Required (not accepting candidates who need to obtain IMLC or IA license)COVID Vaccine - RequiredMust be able to start ASAP upon credentialing - Required (Facility can offer temp privs which is approx. 30-60 days)MUST be available to offer coverage for 4 week stretches at a time - Required OnCall:N/A WeekendDescription:N/A
