Position: Permanent Inpatient Psychiatrist
Location: Davenport, Iowa

Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and diagnoses for patients admitted to the inpatient unit.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and therapeutic interventions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care.
Lead and participate in case conferences, rounds, and patient care discussions.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

Qualifications:
MD/DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Psychiatry.
Valid Iowa medical license.
Experience in inpatient psychiatric care is preferred.
