Neonatologist needed Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologist to join employed team in Eastern Iowa The NICU Cares for up to 20 neonates with great support from dedicated RN staff and department educator

• Average 200-240 admissions per year, ADC 6-7
• Support from IA City for higher level of care
• Participate in NICU steering committee, Developmental Care

  Committee and Shared Governance Committee
• Join in developing nurse run PICC team
• QI projects (Golden Hour, Coconut oil, PICC team, Simulation drills)
• Collaborate with OB/GYN and staff to ensure the best outcomes upon delivery (Genesis averages 2,000 deliveries per year)
• Looking to expand capabilities as a Regional Referral Center, and future goals of transitioning to Level IIIWE OFFER
