I hope this message finds you well! This is Reid with Maxim Healthcare and I am reaching because we are currently partnered with an Employee Wellness Clinic in Moline, IL needing a FNP for a full time locums opportunity!

I have listed brief details below for this opportunity:

FNP - Employee Wellness Clinic - Moline, IL
- Low patient volume
- ASAP start going through June with possible extensions!
- Full Time: Monday - Friday
- Seeing ages 2+
- EMR system: Eclinicalworks

Job Duties: Acute episodic visits, pre-employment physicals, coughs/colds, annual wellness exams
