Job Description:
A company is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant to join
their team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate patient records and demonstrate empathy in all
communications
Complete prior authorizations and perform clinical administrative
functions within certification scope
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and protect patient health
information
Required Qualifications
Medical Assistant Certification (CMA or RMA) required
3-5+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant
2+ years of Athenahealth outpatient EMR experience preferred
5+ years of overall EMR experience
