Job Description:
A company is looking for a Child and Family Licensed Mental
Health Therapist (ages 5+) to provide individual counseling
remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality virtual individual counseling to members
Create detailed care plans utilizing innovative tools for goal
setting and outcome tracking
Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams, tracking and
documenting patient progress
Required Qualifications
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health
Counselor (LMHC), or equivalent clinical level license
Must possess an unrestricted New York license
3+ years of experience providing individual counseling
Direct experience with children ages 5-11 required
Competency in providing counseling services to a diverse
population
