Crisis ResponderFull-Time; FTE 1.0Moline, IL The Mobile Crisis
Responder will serve on a mobile crisis team to provide crisis
assessment and evaluation in the community. The Mobile Crisis
Responder MHP may involve co-responding with local law enforcement
and may require on-call rotation for day/night and weekends to
ensure coverage 24/7. The work involves determining level of risk
and assessment of suicidal behavior and lethality. The Mobile
Crisis Responder will provide referrals for treatment, case
planning for client and their families while maintaining all
necessary documentation of a client's involvement in treatment. Why

- Documentation of services provided by maintaining accurate
client record reflecting services provided and recommended follow
up.
- Implement the principles of Trauma Informed Care (TIC) while
providing an in-depth
- Assessment and formulating a diagnosis for each consumer in
crisis.
- Complete mental health and substance use assessments/evaluation
to individuals in crisis.
- Contact physician/provider/ED for disposition recommendations
and document in record. QualificationsEducation:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in human services or related
field. Experience:
- 2 years of experience in the field of substance abuse or mental
