Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inclusion and Engagement Partner to
build and scale people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the implementation of tailored inclusion and engagement
strategies for EPD Teams
Collaborate with business leaders to recommend adjustments in
recruitment, development, and retention strategies
Develop metrics and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of
inclusion and engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
10+ years of HR Business Partnering experience in a corporate
environment
5+ years of experience leveraging people analytics for HR-related
programs
Proven success in influencing senior leadership with data-driven
storytelling
Experience in project/program management
Proficiency in people analytics metrics and reporting tools like
Qualtrics and Tableau
