Job Description:
A company is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Assistant to support website optimization and testing
strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the CEO with daily tasks and client communication to ensure
project efficiency
Conduct CRO audits and analyze user behavior to provide actionable
insights
Build and optimize landing pages while managing A/B and
multivariate tests
Required Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in CRO, digital analytics, and performance
marketing
Experience with testing platforms like Intelligems, VWO, or
Optimizely
Proficient in using GA4 for data tracking and reporting
Familiarity with landing page builders such as Replo
Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
is a plus
