Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pro-Fee Coding Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct coding activities, including staffing and
performance evaluations
Create and deliver educational materials related to coding
Monitor coding goals and workflow, ensuring compliance with
guidelines
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of coding experience
3+ years of leadership experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Current certification (CPC, CPMA, CCS, RHIA, or RHIT)
Knowledge of medical record content and electronic medical records
(EMRs)
