Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Onboarding Coordinator
(11:30AM - 8:00PM EST).
Key Responsibilities
Schedule in-home assessments for prospective patients with Clinical
Liaison field representatives
Handle inbound calls from patients and referral sources while
maintaining communication with all parties
Document all calls and appointments in Salesforce and monitor daily
assessments
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Ability to work 11:30am to 8:00pm EST Monday through Friday
Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience
Previous outbound/inbound call center or scheduling experience
preferred
Working knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce or similar
software
