The Perks:

Competitive Pay: Earn a weekly guaranteed minimum of $1350 with mileage increases every 6 months.
New Hire Bonus: Sign-on bonus $500 Paid in full on second paycheck.
Accessorial Pay: Stop Pay All stop excluding Final: $13.00 Single, $15.00 Team Spilt; Delay pay $18.54 per hour solo and $9.27 per hour team after 15 min free time (does not pay at stop unless it is a dealer caused delay).

Guaranteed Weekends: Enjoy guaranteed time off Saturday night Sunday night.

Modern Equipment: Drive a 2014 2021 Peterbilt with automatic transmission, Pre-Pass, and EZ Pass.
Commute Relief: Park your truck at the Honda parts center in Davenport (includes a breakroom with vending machines).

Key Responsibilities:

Fill-in Flexibility: Assist the team by covering routes for drivers who are out.
Deliver & Secure: Safely deliver parts, secure deliveries at night using provided keys and pick-up returns.
Touch Freight: Handle automotive parts in cages, totes, and loose pieces.
Navigate Like a Pro: Maneuver a tractor-trailer with confidence in tight car lots (especially Chicago).
Diverse Routes: Deliver aftermarket parts to Honda dealerships across IA, IL, IN, KS, MN, MO, ND, SD, NE, WI (could cover any of the domiciles as needed. We would put them up in a hotel if needed. A lot of Chicago driving.

What You Need:

Experience: Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience.
Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds.
Location: Reside within 50 miles of Davenport, IA.

Training Requirements: Drivers must complete at least one week of training before they can run without a trainer. All drivers will be paid an hourly rate of $18.54. The total hours they will be running each day depends on calls out as this is a flex position.
