A company is looking for a Lead, Learning and Development
Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and
objectives
Manage the implementation and evaluation of learning
initiatives
Build strategic relationships with business leaders to support
learning strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Education, Organizational
Development, Human Resources, or related field
7+ years of experience in a learning and development function
Proven consultative experience in understanding learning needs and
recommending solutions
Strong experience in program management to measure learning
outcomes
Demonstrated expertise in project management
