Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Biostatistics - Virology.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide statistical leadership for Virology clinical trials, including trial design and decision support
Act as the statistical lead for specific Virology molecules during Health Authority interactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely statistical data analysis and reporting for clinical trials

Required Qualifications:

PhD with 8+ years, Master's Degree with 10+ years, or Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of statistical analysis experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry (or at a CRO)
Industry experience in statistical analysis of biomedical data using statistical software (SAS and R preferred)
Extensive experience in drug development, including design and analysis of phase 1-3 trials and participation in NDA/BLA filing
Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and manage internal and external resources effectively
Experience in overseeing technical and operational statistical activities for clinical trials
